Envío de resúmenes

  • El proceso de envío de resúmenes es independiente al de registro. Toda persona que envíe un trabajo oral o póster y que posteriormente sea aceptada por el comité científico, deberá además realizar la inscripción al simposio.  
  • La recepción de resúmenes finaliza el 1 de setiembre de 2014.
  • El comité organizador notificará sobre la aceptación de resúmenes y su modo de presentación la última semana de setiembre de 2014.
  • Los resúmenes, carteles o presentaciones orales pueden ser en Inglés o Español. NO HABRÁ traducción simultánea.

Abstracts submission

  • The process of abstracts submission and registration are separate.
  • Every person who submits an abstract which is accepted by  the scientific committee  must be registered.
  • Abstract submission will close by September 1, 2014.
  • The organizing committee will notify the results of abstract evaluations by the last week of September 2014.
  • Abstracts, posters or oral presentations may be in English or Spanish. THERE WILL BE NO simultaneous translation.
